This package tour will allow you to discover the main attractions of Kyrgyzstan: the city of Bishkek (capital of the country), the beaches of the Issyk-Kul Lake, the picturesque green valleys and gorges, as well as the famous Song Kol Mountain Lake. The tour program is divided into 4 package tours for groups of 4 people all of which are ‘All inclusive’. The maximum number of tourists in each group should not exceed 10 people
Flight to Bishkek. Arrival at the airport and transfer to the hotel
Sightseeing tour of the city with visits to:
- The Victory Square, the Oak Park with the stone sculptures
- The Manas and Ala-Too Square
- The Museum of History where you will learn about the origin of the country
- The Osh Bazaar, one of the largest markets in the city
Dinner in the restaurant with traditional Kyrgyz cuisine
Night at the hotel
Acquaintance with the medieval city of Balasagun, that in the 9th-10th centuries used to be the capital of the Karakhanids State. Visit of the Burana Tower (9 cent.), the minaret with ancient graves and funerary monuments (also called 'balbals')
Departure to Cholpon-Ata city and resort, located on the Northern shore of the Issyk-Kul Lake
In Cholpon-Ata you will visit the cultural center 'Rukh Ordo', where chapels dedicated to various religious denominations (Islam, Catholicism, Orthodoxy, Judaism, Buddhism) are situated
Free time, a great opportunity to take a swim in the Issyk-Kul Lake
Due to its climate and the beauty of the surrounding landscapes, Issyk-Kul, which in Kyrgyz means a 'hot lake', is one of the favorite places for travelers
Dinner and overnight at the guest house
The trip to Grigoriev and Semenov gorges, a magnificent place with rapid rivers, winding paths and slopes covered with pine forests
You will enjoy a walk in the heart of the desert and a picnic on the shore of a mountain lake (weather permitting)
Return to Karakol where you will visit the Orthodox Church of the Holy Trinity, built in the late 19th century, and the Dungan mosque, built without a single nail, in the style of a Buddhist temple of the Chinese
In the evening you will enjoy a national Dungan dish called ashlan-fu (noodles, vegetables, eggs…)
Breakfast and then departure to the valley of Jeti-Oguz, also known as the 'Valley of the seven bulls'
The Jety-Oguz Valley with its waterfalls, spectacular gorges and red rocks, the most famous of which are the 'Broken heart' and the 'Seven Bulls' - is one of the most beautiful places in the country
The road towards the Barskoon (Barskon) Gorge, a small village famous for its waterfalls, the most stunning of which is the 'Tears of the Snow Leopard' cascade
Arrival to Tamga village, accommodation at the guest house
In the evening you can enjoy a bath-house (banya)
Overnight at the guest house
After breakfast the group continues its journey in the direction of Kochkor, a high mountain settlement with a calm and friendly atmosphere
Along the road you will get a chance to have a look at the 'Fairy Tale' canyon (Skazka) with its rocks of different forms and colours (red, ochre, yellow)
There also would be a stop in the village of Bokonbaevo, where you will meet the hunter of eagles and his hand-bird of prey
In Kochkor you will visit a felt sewing studio, where Kyrgyz women will demonstrate you the process of felt (yurts are made of this material) making
Overnight at the guest house
Departure to the Lake of Song-Kol (Song Köl), located at an altitude of 3,000 meters in the middle of the Tian Shan mountain range, meaning 'heavenly/celestial mountains'
Crossing the Kalmak-Ashuu Pass and descending to the shore of the lake
Meeting with a nomad family and accommodation in a yurt
Make acquaintance with the nomadic life, customs and traditions of the locale
Traditional dinner and night in the yurta
The road to Kyzyl-Oi, a charming mountain village located at an altitude of 1800 m in the valley of the Kokomeren river. This unusual village with magnificent scenery consists of a dozen of houses and is a perfect place for relaxation
Arrival in Kyzyl Oi, acquaintance with the village and its inhabitants during a pleasant walk around the neighborhood
Traditional dinner and overnight at the guest house
Breakfast at the campsite
Return to Bishkek through the pastures of the Suusamyr Valley, the land of nomads and shepherds, and through the pass of Too Ashu (3400 m), surrounded by magnificent mountain scenery
Arrival in Bishkek and visit to a local market where you'll have an opportunity to do some shopping before leaving
Night at the hotel
