Discover Kyrgyzstan by traveling along the ancient Silk Road. The road between China and Kyrgyzstan, is a mixture of loud cities and exotic landscapes . This journey includes a trip to the beautiful Song-Kol lake and majestic mountains where you can make acquaintance with the lives of nomads and stay overnight in a Yurt. It will be an amazing life experience!
Season: from June to September
Flight to Bishkek. Arrival at the airport and transfer to the hotel
Sightseeing tour of the city with visits to:
- The Victory Square, the Oak Park with the stone sculptures
- The Manas and Ala-Too Square
- The Museum of History where you will learn about the origin of the country
- The Osh Bazaar, one of the largest markets in the city
Dinner in the restaurant with traditional Kyrgyz cuisine
Night at the hotel
Depart for the Ala Archa National Park, meaning 'colorful juniper,’ which is located in the Tian Shan Mountains near the city of Bishkek
Make acquaintance with the park and its valleys and gorges during a pleasant walk in landscapes of exceptional beauty. After which, you can wind down with an outdoor picnic lunch (weather permitting)
Departure to the village of Kochkor, a high mountain settlement with a calm and friendly atmosphere
In Kochkor, you will visit a family-owned enterprise specializing in the manufacture of handmade felt
Dinner and overnight at the guest house
Departure to the Tash Rabat, crossing the Moldo Ashuu Pass (3400 m) and moving along one of the Silk Road paths leading to the Torugart Pass and China
On the way. stop in the city of Naryn to have lunch at a local traditional restaurant
Arrival in Tash Rabat, accommodation in a yurt camp
Dinner and night in a yurt
In the morning ,acquaint yourself with Tash Rabat, the name of which can be translated from Kyrgyz as a 'stone fortress'
Located in Tian Shan at an altitude of about 3500 meters, the Tash Rabat caravanserai, built in the 15th century, was used to serve as a stop for merchants and travelers on the caravan routes of the Silk Road
Departure to Köl-Suu Lake, situated in the valley of the Kok-Kiya, near the border of China
Köl-Suu, or Kel-Suu, is a lake with emerald waters at a height of 3514 meters, surrounded by rocky mountains with many caves, gorges and small Islands

After breakfast , you will depart to Naryn, a small town that takes its name from the Naryn river, the main tributary of the Syr Darya
Along the way you will explore the green pastures dotted with yurts and nomads with their herds
Arrival in Naryn and transfer to the restaurant (where you will have a traditional dinner) and hotel check-in
Night at the hotel
Departure to the Song Kol (Song Köl), the Alpine lake, where Kyrgyz cattle breeders live in summer
Crossing of the Kalmak-Ashuu Pass (3543 m) and descent to the lake shore
Warm welcome to the nomad family and accommodation in a yurt camp
Take the unique opportunity to discover the nomadic life, habits and customs of the locals
Dinner and night in a yurt
Departure to the Issyk-Kul Lake or 'hot lake' in Kyrgyz language, along its southern shore
On the way stop in the village of Kyzyl-Too to meet with a local family and learn the secrets of yurt production
In the village of Bokonbaevo, you will meet the family of an eagle hunter and see his bird of prey
Dinner and night at the guest house in Bokonbaevo
Departure in the direction of Karakol, the main town of the Issyk-Kul region, driving past the 'Fairy Tale' Canyon (“Skazka”), astounding with exotic forms of its reddish-yellow rocks
Continuation of the route towards the valley of Jety-Oguz, also known as the 'Valley of the Seven Bulls'
The Jety-Oguz Valley with its waterfalls, spectacular gorges and red rocks, the most famous of which are the 'Broken heart' and the 'Seven Bulls', one of the most beautiful places in the country
In the evening you will enjoy a national Dungan dish called ashlan-fu (noodles, vegetables, eggs…)
Overnight at the guest house in Karakol
After breakfast the group continues its journey in the direction of Karakol (through Grigorevskoe and Semenovskoe gorges), a magnificent place with rapid rivers, winding paths and slopes covered with pine forests
- You will enjoy a pleasant stay in the heart of the wild nature
Trip to the Valley and National Park of Chong-Kemin. This eco-friendly area is a perfect place for the wildlife lovers

Return to Bishkek through the pastures of the Suusamyr Valley, the land of nomads and shepherds, and through the pass of Too Ashu (3400 m), surrounded by magnificent mountain scenery
Arrival in Bishkek and visit to a local market where you'll have an opportunity to do some shopping before leaving
Night at the hotel
