One-day trip to Ladoga Lake
We’re inviting you to get out of the city and ride along the Road of Life. This road is a very symbolic place that played a significant role during the siege of Leningrad in World War II. On this trip you will visit the museum dedicated to these events, take a walk on the biggest lake in Europe and try some local specialties.
The restaurant is located on the beach and offers a breathtaking view of the lake. Here you can taste traditional homemade dishes like shashlik from marinated meat or famous Ladoga smoked fish (caught and cooked in your presence). On the way back you can see charming dachas (country cottages), where Russian people sometimes live throughout both summer and winter seasons.
The trip includes:
- Journey on the Road of Life
- Visit to the Museum of the Road of Life and Siege of Leningrad
- Lunch at a lakefront restaurant *
* The price per person includes: salad + Russian fish soup (ukha) + dish of your choice (smoked fish with sauce or chicken skewers) + pancake with honey + drink (water, coffee). Please note that the main course is pre-selected.
